We have been using DPJ Electrical services Ltd “DPJ” since October 2012 on various projects and contracts. As a company our main business is facilities management and we use DPJ as a subcontractor for fire alarm, emergency lighting, door access, intruder alarm, and CCTV works. We use DPJ for the maintenance on a number of AOV units and fire alarms spread across our portfolio. We were initially using DPJ for a number of general repairs and based upon their high standard of work, we decided to provide them with the opportunity to tender for the maintenance contracts of the AOV units. The tenders provided were clear and detailed documents and the prices quoted were competitive which ultimately lead to them winning the maintenance contracts.
